What you can expect
Classes, workshops and retreats meet in person and by request on Zoom. They are open to people of all faiths who wish to come together as a community and integrate Jewish spirituality with yoga and meditation.
How it started
Starting back in 2009, Sharon co-created programs with Rabbi Tara Feldman to explore and share yoga themes that nourish the body, mind, heart and soul in the modern Jewish seeker. Today, Sharon teaches classes independently throughout the Metro New York area and also collaborates with Rabbi Tara and other teachers and leaders to offer special events and retreats.

Connect to your roots
“I loved the jumping off point of this training. It really brought together two things that I have a lot of history and passion around, Judaism + Yoga. My soul felt yoked –integrated in a new way!”
“When two accomplished, talented, and deeply devoted forces come together, the result is nothing short of magical. Our days at the Akera retreat were filled with yoga, meditation, nature walks, nourishing food, meaningful friendship, and a Jewish experience that elevated the mind, body, and soul. The program created by Tara and Sharon seamlessly wove together breath, movement, and Jewish learning in such an open-hearted space that I’m still feeling its energy.”
